All content of this website (artworks, illustrations, paintings, photographs, videos, texts, logos, graphics and site structure) is the exclusive property of Apolline Tardieu / Tarseline Productions, unless stated otherwise, and is protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction, performance, modification, publication, adaptation or use, in whole or in part, by any means, without prior written permission is prohibited and constitutes infringement (articles L335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code).

Works created for clients (logos, covers, characters, animation backgrounds…) are shown to illustrate the artist's work; the exploitation rights attached to them are governed by the contracts signed with each client. The names and logos of the clients mentioned belong to their respective owners.

Buying an original artwork and mixed media artwork does not transfer reproduction or performance rights, which remain with the artist (article L111-3 of the Intellectual Property Code).
